US Secretary of State John Kerry says Washington will continue supporting

US Secretary of State John Kerry says Washington will continue supporting the countries which are facing threat of terrorism and extremism.
In his first major public address at the University of Virginia on investing in a strong foreign policy‚ he said the goal of the United States is to use assistance and development to help nations realize their own potential to develop and become economic partners.
He said the United States has no permanent enemies and it will continue to assist its allies.

The Secretary of State said it is not just about sending troops to another country but sending graduates as a strong work force.

John Kerry said the United States shares development with countries that believe in democratic values.
