The office of the United Nations High Commission for
Refugees (UNHCR) has said it has not yet received one point five billion
dollars pledged for Syrian refugees last month at an international
donor conference in Kuwait
In an interview in Geneva‚ the UNHCR representative to Jordan Andrew
Harper said lack of funds is making it very difficult to provide
shelter‚ food‚ clothing and blankets to thousands of Syrians who daily
cross into Jordan.
